Dr. Lakin Radeka
Comprehensive Sedation Dentist & Owner
Dr. Lakin Radeka grew up in the small town of Essexville, Michigan, where his early fascination with science and helping others set him on the path to dentistry. After earning his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and Chemistry from Central Michigan University, he went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Driven by a passion for comprehensive, life-changing care, Dr. Radeka pursued advanced training in sedation dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation in Arizona, allowing him to treat complex cases with a whole-body perspective. His expertise includes managing complex surgical cases under general anesthesia, with a special focus on patients with severe anxiety or medical conditions.
Dr. Radeka focuses in comprehensive dental care, with a strong emphasis on sedation dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation. His advanced training allows him to treat patients with complex needs, including those requiring surgical interventions under general anesthesia. He is committed to helping patients achieve long-term oral health and a confident smile, often working with individuals who experience dental anxiety or have underlying medical conditions.
Dr. Radeka earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, following his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and Chemistry from Central Michigan University. He has also completed extensive training in sedation dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation in Arizona, further honing his skills in treating medically complex and anxious patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Radeka enjoys woodworking, outdoor adventures, and exploring new cultures through food. His passion for hands-on creativity and attention to detail translates into his dental practice, where he focuses on providing precise, high-quality restorations. Dr. Radeka values meaningful connections with his patients and believes that good dentistry can transform lives by restoring health and building confidence.

Dr. Jasmyne
Board Certified Implant Surgeon & Owner
Dr. Jasmyne brings a wealth of experience and a calming presence to the Iconic Dental team. With years of advanced surgical training, she is passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients, particularly those who may feel overlooked or underserved in traditional dental settings. Her compassionate approach to dentistry makes her a trusted provider for individuals with complex needs, and she takes pride in delivering high-quality care in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
Dr. Jasmyne earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She then returned to Arizona to pursue an advanced residency with a focus on implant surgery, implant prosthetics, and dentures. Committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry, she has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education in implants, surgery, dentures, sedation, and digital dentistry.
Dr. Jasmyne focuses on Implant surgery, denture prosthetics, surgical procedures, and patient education, with a strong commitment to treating patients who require more advanced care. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive care to individuals with complex dental needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of treatment in a relaxed, comfortable setting. Dr. Jasmyne believes in making dentistry accessible and approachable, especially for those who may have dental anxiety or have felt neglected by previous providers.
Dr. Jasmyne holds a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and is board certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI).
Her continuous education ensures that she is always up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, empowering her to offer the best care for her patients.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Jasmyne has always had a love for adventure and the outdoors. When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her staying active—whether it’s climbing mountains in Colorado, camping in Arizona, or boating on the Great Lakes in Michigan. She enjoys spending time outside with friends and family, and especially with her dog, Cooper.

Dr. Maureen Toal
Advanced Sedation Dentist
Dr. Toal brings over 30 years of experience to the Iconic Dental team and has developed a unique expertise in helping patients with complex dental needs. Known for her ability to transform years of dental neglect into healthy smiles in just one or two visits, Dr. Toal offers efficient, high-quality care. She is especially skilled in working with patients who struggle with dental phobia, anxiety, and serious medical conditions. Her approach is all about creating a comfortable, compassionate environment where patients feel fully in control of their care.
Dr. Toal is highly skilled in treating patients with complicated dental cases, often achieving remarkable results in just one or two visits. She works with individuals dealing with dental phobia, anxiety, medical conditions, developmental disorders, and those in recovery from addiction. By utilizing various forms of anesthesia in partnership with a board-certified medical anesthesiologist, Dr. Toal ensures that every patient receives the safest, most comfortable experience possible. Her goal is always to empower patients by giving them control over their treatment while restoring their health and confidence.
Dr. Toal’s dental career began as a dental assistant in her father’s practice, where she developed a passion for the field. She earned certifications in dental assisting and hygiene before graduating from Washington University Dental School in 1985. She then completed a year of post-graduate training in Hospital Dentistry at the VA Medical Center in St. Louis. To further enhance her skills, Dr. Toal pursued advanced training in anesthesia and emergency medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and a Diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Toal is committed to her patients and community and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work. After moving to Phoenix in 1990, she created a fully-equipped dental operatory for IV sedation and general anesthesia in her private practice. She is proud to offer hospital-level dental care in an outpatient setting, which allows her to provide the highest quality treatments in a comfortable, private environment. Dr. Toal’s extensive experience ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their entire treatment journey.

Lynn began her career in dentistry in 1978 as a clinical assistant, where she quickly discovered a deep passion for patient care. With decades of experience in the dental field, she brings both clinical insight and a compassionate approach to her role in administration.
As one of the first points of contact at the office, Lynn plays an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for every patient and their family. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and guiding patients through each step of their visit with attentiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
Lynn takes great pride in being part of a practice that uniquely integrates medical and dental services, allowing patients to receive comprehensive care in a comfortable setting. She values her role in helping patients feel at ease and supported throughout their experience, and she is honored to contribute to the high standard of care the office provides.
Chad

Chad has been a valued member of our practice since 2003, bringing decades of experience and dedication to patient care. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he served five years as a dental technician before transitioning into private practice.
Originally from Oregon, Chad moved to Arizona after his military service and has been committed ever since to providing safe, predictable, and high-quality care to every patient he meets. He takes pride in working alongside a team that feels like family and strives to create a comfortable, trustworthy environment for all.
Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his dogs.
Faith
Dental Assistant
With 13 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, Faith is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental experience. She takes pride in supporting her team, staying organized in a fast-paced clinical environment, and continuously expanding her skills to better serve patients and the community.
Outside of the office, Faith is a proud mother of two daughters who keep her busy with their many sports and activities. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active at the gym, and finding relaxation in her newfound interest in planting. These interests help her maintain balance and bring positive energy to both her personal life and professional role.
Vickie
Dental Hygienist
Meet Vickie — our friendly dental hygienists with over 30 years of experience helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles! Originally from Michigan, Vickie and her husband traded snowy winters for sunny Arizona about a year and a half ago, and they’ve been loving all the outdoor adventures the desert has to offer ever since.
When she’s not caring for patients, Vickie enjoys spending time with her two grown children and her beloved pup, Harper Marie — who, according to Vickie, is sometimes more human than dog!
Vickie is passionate about educating and motivating her patients to achieve optimal oral health while making every visit comfortable and positive. Her warm personality and years of experience help patients feel right at home in the dental chair.

Dental Assistant
Denis is a dedicated dental assistant with over a decade of experience, known for his calm presence and commitment to exceptional patient care. With 10 years in the field, he brings both skill and efficiency to every appointment, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for each patient.
He was drawn to dentistry by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and he takes pride in supporting patients through every step of their visit. Whether assisting during procedures or helping patients feel at ease, Denis is an integral part of the team.
Outside of the office, Denis enjoys unwinding with his favorite TV show, Dexter, and is always looking forward to his dream vacation in Hawaii. When it comes to food, Chipotle is his go-to favorite.

Dr. Radeka walked me through the options and treatment. What I really appreciated was that I was given prices before agreeing to anything so, no surprise charges. The procedure itself was great too. I don’t have much dental anxiety at all, I actually enjoy it, but if someone did I can say they would feel comfortable. Everything is talked about and explained meticulously. I was offered a blanket and they have screens for you to watch relaxing things. My tooth was extracted in less than 10 minutes with zero pain. The care given here is phenomenal.
I’ve always avoided the dentist due to my anxiety. Dr. Jasmyne helped me overcome that fear so that I could finally receive the beautiful dental implants I needed. I couldn’t be happier with my new smile.

We are a family of “dental professionals” and I can say without reservation that Dr. Toal is a consummate professional. Dr. Toal’s practice treats many patients with underlying health conditions—patients that other dentists can not or will not treat. In addition to her expertise, Dr. Toal has heart. She cares about her patients, while striving for the best possible outcome. Dr. Toal listens attentively and crafts a treatment plan that at times can be both complicated and arduous. Like every other business sticking it out through Covid, Dr. Toal has had typical staffing challenges. But she has long time employees and associates who contribute to her success including her anesthesiologist who has worked by her side for over 20-years. I recommend Dr. Toal without reservation.
Dr. Toal is the best dentist anywhere. She works beautifully with patients with advanced & complicated needs. She uses the most advanced equipment and understands patients with dental fears. Her office is extremely clean and sanitized. She never will rush through procedures. Likewise, you never have to wait for your appointment. She doesn’t over book appointments.
She also assists with your vitamin and nutritional needs, knowing that those affect your dental and other health problems.
Simply said, she is the BEST and always keeps your best interest first.
